Concrete is an essential element in Florida’s homes,  an outdoor surface that offers the ultimate in design versatility and also has the edge when it comes to durability and low maintenance.

The perfect decorative flooring surface for outdoor kitchens and living rooms can can be color coordinated to match a home’s exterior or landscape. Engraved in patterns that mimic other popular paving materials, such as brick, flagstone, slate and tile, concrete is more durable than actual stone, there is no need to worry about loose or cracked pieces. Unlike paving stones, you won’t have joints between units where grass and weeds can sprout. And unlike wood, concrete won’t warp, rot or require periodic staining.

Existing plain-gray concrete driveways, sidewalks, or patios in sore need of transformation can be given a dramatic and lasting makeover without of ripping it out and starting over, which is a much greener option than putting it in a landfill.

Unlike toppings or overlays, engraving is a permanent treatment that won’t wear away or lose bond because the patterns are carved into the concrete rather than applied on top of it. When the concrete is further enhanced by staining, the decorative possibilities are truly spectacular.
